Sue Hickey’s sons Chad and John worked with the Windsor Community Garden on a meaningful memorial project celebrating their mother. They envisioned a local community project that would honor Sue’s wonderful gift of gardening. To cherish Sue’s memory, a beautiful sunflower plot will bloom and be lovingly maintained each year. They hope these bright sunflowers will bring the same joy, happiness and love that Sue shared with everyone whose lives she touched.
To help sustain this heartfelt memorial project and spread sunshine in honor of Sue’s memory, donations can be made to The Windsor Community Garden (see below). Everyone is warmly invited to visit the gardens and check this page for updates on the Memorial plot.
